Gulabo/ Gulabi Bhains Meaning

In the film Matru ki Bijlee ka Mandola, Gulabo is shown to be a brand of liquor that Pankaj Kapur, i.e. Mandola, is fond of. On the bottle of Gulabo, there is a pink buffalo shown, and that is Gulabi Bhains.

The Pink Buffalo is also seen by Pankaj Kapur when he's hallucinating in the movie after he quits drinking, like a withdrawal symptom.
